Who we are

Skilled Athlete is an Australian training and apparel brand operated by Triple Strategy Pty Ltd, trading as Skilled Athlete. You can contact us at info@skilledathlete.com.au.

What we collect

When you join the list we collect your email address and a record of your consent, including when you gave it. Our email service provider may also log technical details such as your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse and to prove that consent was given.

We do not collect payment details through this page.

Why we collect it

We use your details to email you about Skilled Athlete training, gear and news. You only receive marketing email from us because you ticked the consent box.

Who sees it

We do not sell or rent your details. This site runs on Cloudflare, which processes data on servers in several countries. Sign up details are collected and stored by Brevo, the email service we use to send our emails, and may be stored on servers outside Australia. The sign up form is provided by Brevo and uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check.

Confirming your address

After you submit the form we send one email with a link to confirm your address. You are added to the list only when you click it. If you do not click, we do not email you again. This stops anyone signing up an address that is not theirs.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at the address above and we will remove you. After you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record of your email address so we do not email you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If we stop operating the list, we will delete it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies

This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The sign up form is provided by Brevo and uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a bot check. Brevo or Cloudflare may set a cookie to run that check.
